| Our Ordering Process: Why We Do What We Do |

|
There have been a lot of questions about our ordering process, why we don't allow online orders, our telephones, taxes and our entire ordering process in general. Here's the information you need to know:
Why don't we use a database to process orders online?
We used to process orders automatically. A person could login, place an order, pay and get a confirmation easily. Then, the law changed. Since then, we have had to continually modify our websites to reflect these changes. We don't like the way it is. We lose customers everyday because of this situation. Our daily workload is ten times what it used to be for the same amount of profit.
The part that disgusts us the most is that this situation is the way it is because some politicians have decided that freedom of choice is unhealthy. These politicians have decided they know what is best for all adults. They claim to remove our freedom because it is bad for us. They use other words and they say they do it to save children, but the end result is the same: the moral decision on whether or not a person is going to smoke has been taken away from the individual and given to the government.
We love America and we will follow her laws. That is the way it is. Please don't write and complain about our ordering process. We have no choice but to follow the laws as they exist. We know that first contact with us is tedious. Everyday we have to handle a barrage of new customer complaints because the phones our busy. For the sake of our frequent customers, we will not break the law and change our ordering system. If our new customers want to join our family and be involved with what is now the largest Native American Tobacco Shops in the country, (Who else has there own cigarette?) they are going to have to do what everyone else did and call us.
Our number is probably busy, but here it is 1-877-448-6222. I'll give all new customers a hint, call after hours and leave a cellular phone number, your name, a time to call and your time zone and we'll call you.
Our New Modern Phone System - Coming Soon
New Customers have asked the question, "Are you out of business, your phones are always busy?" If we were out of business, our phone would never be busy. It is just the opposite, we are scurrying around like frantic mice trying to get as many things processed as possible. The phones never stop ringing. They are perpetually busy. The phones are always busy because a lot of people use them. Instead of filling out our frequent order forms, that take less than a minute to complete, many customers just call us. Since we are customer orientated, we'll like to talk to people who call. That is the way it is.
We are opening a new store in January 2007. It should have been finished in August, but government delays have slowed progress (as always). The new shop will have an on location modern phone bank staffed with enough operators to handle all calls. To be honest, January isn't soon enough for us.
We lose ten new customers a day because they can't get through to us on our telephones. Generally speaking, these lost customers are angry because they could not get through to us. A lot of people have never smoked Native Tobacco and they need to talk to us in order to find the correct brand.
So we have a plea to our frequent customers.
If it is at all possible, please use the order forms. If you have a question, feel free to call of course. If you don't, it would help us immensely if you would use our website. We feel that these people should be given the same chance as everyone else received. If our frequent customers took some of the load of the phones until January, we could process a lot more of these new customers and the whole system would run a lot smoother. Thanks for your understand and consideration!!
Taxes and Reporting
We sell a lot of different Native American made products to many different people. Just like Walmart, you can come into our store a buy something without having to state your name, address and ethnic origin.
We don't keep records of what you buy. Until the US Supreme Court changes the current treaties between the original inhabitants of this country and the Federal Government, we have no intention of changing our policy.
These Federal Laws supercede any laws passed by any state, city or local authority. Until these Federal Laws change, Native American Territory is sovereign territory and the Native American Tribes that legally rule these lands are the ruling authority as to how and when local taxes will be collected. Just like laws passed in New York do not effect the citizens of the Republic of Texas, neither do those laws effect the citizens of any Native American sovereign territory (regardless of how much hot rant, rave and claim otherwise). The United States is a Federal Government and hopefully always will be. Our ForeFathers sure were wise!!
All Federal taxes and taxes that apply to sales of Native American made products made on Native American land to native Americans and Non-Native Americans have been paid for by us and the tribes that produce our products.

I love Native American Line Art. I am always looking in the Internet for examples and downloading copies to my computer. Recently, after searching through hundreds of companies that claim to make high quality decals, I stumbled onto Sa-Cinn Native Enterprises, a company that produces exactly the Native American look that I find so attractive as automobile decals. I immediately contacted Sa-Cinn and they graciously sent me a whole box of decals to put on display in our shop. The quality of both the decals and the artwork are top of the line.
The Sa-Cinn Native Enterprises is Native American in more than just name and the artwork is authentically designed by some very exceptional Native American artists. At this time, we do not sell any of their decals in our store, but you can contact the very friendly staff of Sa-Cinn Native Enterprises on their website. I can tell you from experience that they are a very honest and trustworthy company. Even if you don't want to buy an automobile decal, it is worth visiting their website just to see beautiful designs.
To find out more information about how you can purchase any of these items, please visit the Sa-Cinn Native Enterprises website at:

Cigarette Pack Collecting |

While looking in Ebay I found the most amazing cigarette pack. You won't believe this, but these cigarettes were produced in the USA just 18 years ago!

|
|
It is hard to believe, but AMERICA USED TO BE THIS FREE!! What ever happen to those wonderful days when an adult could decide morality without Nicotine Patch Lobbyist and his Bought Off State Attorney General, US Senator and US Congressman breathing down your neck whispering "taxes" when they really mean is "my cut". Will we ever get back to the days when adults were adults and politicians didn't have hidden agendas? Is the morality tax here to stay?
Since this section is entitled Cigarette Pack Collecting, I do have to mention one amazing thing about the new Black Hawk Cigarettes. The Black Hawk Lights in the 100's were accidentally printed in the wrong color. They should have been printed in Metallic Gold, but the printing company made a mistake. The Black Hawk Lights 100s come in Light Blue packs in Metallic Gold cartons. This mistake was corrected before the kings were printed and will never be repeated again.
If you want to own the original, first run of Black Hawk Lights in the Light Blue packs now is the time to buy them! If not, look for them on Ebay in a few months at twice the price! |

Until further notice, Gold Rush Little Filtered Cigars are unavailable. We are not going to spread any rumors about a fellow Native American brand. We don't know why they are having problems nor what can be done about it. As soon as they go back into production, we will get them for you again. Until then, please try one of our other brands. |
